Mr. Green brings over 15 years of Real Estate Investment and Development experience. Tim is a proven leader who promotes strong team building and communication. Mr. Green has been involved in all facets of development projects including proposal preparation, contract administration, land use changes, entitlements and permitting and construction quality monitoring and cost control. Projects include Green Isle, Windermere FL; FDOT Transit/Downtown Student Housing; The Greens at Forest Lake, Ocoee; Green Village Shoppe, Ocoee, Green Reserve, Windermere.
